Josh Bryant went to a CBO mentor program, which he successfully completed over the past year. This one-year program is designed to produce qualified district CBOs. Classroom training took place in ten sessions, which lasted 1.5 days each. It was a partnership of the California County Superintendent’s Educational Services Association. Bryant will be eligible to be a mentor participant who is experienced in SEO. He was a part of the program for 10 months and two days in Sacramento from Friday to Sunday 16 hours of training. Before Bryant began working at Taft High he worked in the federal prison. Josh enjoys his job at Taft High after all the work he accomplished in the CBO mentor program, he said, “The best part is you’re a “Jack of all trades’.”
