Prom is on April 28th. Prom Bids are on sale in the Quad at lunch.  Cost is $30 for single, $50 for couple. Seniors are free but must sign up and pick up a bid.  Last day to purchase a prom bid is Wednesday, April 25, 2018.

See attendance office if you have a date from another school before purchasing bid.

GUEST PASSES

Students must have guest pass approved before buying Prom Bid. Once approved student will receive an “Approval to Purchase Prom Bid” Slip and this must be presented when purchasing Prom Bid. Last day to turn in request is Friday, April 20th. All guests must be a current student in good standing at a comprehensive high school and must possess a school photo I.D. to be considered as a guest to a Taft Union High School dance. Approved guest pass with school photo I.D. must be presented when entering dance. All students must have school photo I.D. card to enter dance.

PROM DRESS CODE

Ladies are expected to wear formal gowns, mid-thigh length or longer or dress pants. Strapless, halter, spaghetti straps, ok if not too revealing. No bare midriffs.

Gentlemen, you are expected to wear formal attire. Formal prom attire may be classified as a tuxedo or dress suit, including a tie or bow tie, a dress shirt. If you have questions concerning your dress check with Mrs. Toro. It is your responsibility to seek prior approval from administration.

Ladies looking for Prom dresses. Please remember that we have dresses in the CAT Closet. We will be hanging some up in the window of 378, but that is not all of them. Come Check them out!
