That’s a wrap for the lady Wildcats

The lady Wildcats made it to the playoffs seated 15th because of their overall league record of 8 and 4. Their first opponents where the McFarland Cougars who won league champions in their own league. The Wildcats went in ready for a fight.

The Cougars had beat them twice before but, in that last game, the Wildcats were extremely close that the Cougars were threatened. They were scared for their winning streak but ended up winning only by a couple of points.

The lady Wildcats, unfortunately, had one player injured for the first round of playoffs, but the team member pushed through for her team. The game was close in the beginning but, in the end, the Wildcats lost 50 to 85. It was a tough game and the girls just didn’t come out in first.

The season is over for the varsity Wildcats, but it was a good run and they are happy to finish the season with a great record.
