Varsity soccer keeps fighting
Defensive player Jordan Miranda sets himself up to throw in the ball. The midfielders won the ball against Cesar Chavez midfielders, but unfortunately couldn’t put the ball in the net.
The Taft High varsity soccer team is currently 3-5-1 in league after losing against Shafter, McFarland, and Chavez. The final scores were 0-2 against Shafter, 2-3 against McFarland, and 0-1 against Chavez. The team is improving and keeping their spirits high and ready to play Caruthers at home February 13, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. This will be a playoff game.
