The FAFSA applications are now open, as well as applications for CSUs. The CSU applications are due November 30th. FAFSA is free financial aid application for those wanting to go to college but may not necessarily be financially stable enough and/or do not want to be smothered in student loans. There will also be a financial aid workshop November 1st. Applications for UCs open November 1st and are due November 30th. For additional help, students can visit Paola Garcia in the Guidance Center Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. You can also see more on scholarships and financial aid on the Taft High website.
